Built on Protector's dynamic profiling, event rules, alerting, blocking, and case management foundation, the module helps carriers detect risky activity faster and resolve it intelligently.

- Native wireless data ingestion. Supports PRR and NRTRDE files and subscriber feeds, with frequent delivery windows to surface issues faster.
- Mobile-aware analytics. Profiles acceptable usage and evaluates data, messaging, and voice events and aggregated usage across 10-minute, 1-hour, 24-hour, and billing cycle periods; monitors counts, minutes, GB, and cost.
- Granular rule criteria. Inspects usage by account, plan/feature, tenure, MDN/IMEI, location, and roaming origin; apply risk factors like tenure and origin/destination country.
- Carrier-grade alerting. On-screen violations plus email, SMS, and API notifications to internal teams and customer systems for remediation.
- One-click investigations and case management. Jump from alert to incident details, analyze usage history, track actions, and calculate averted losses — all inside Protector.
- Operational dashboards. Monitor processing health, top destinations, analyst workload, and case aging to keep teams accountable.
Purpose-built Wireless Controls
Out of the box, the module includes day-one monitoring that reflects common mobile scenarios, including domestic roaming data/voice, international long-distance cost spikes, minutes and call count thresholds by plan, international roaming (IROAM) with or without travel passes, and more. Thresholds can be easily tuned by the operator and applied across 1-day and 1-month windows.
Built on Protector's Proven Platform
The wireless module leverages Protector's dynamic profiling, 90+ monitoring criteria, pre-configured and user-defined event rules, and automated mitigation to turn signals into action at scale. Admins can tailor criteria and scoring, while authorized users define new rules as traffic patterns evolve.
Availability and Roadmap
The Wireless Monitoring module is available today for Protector deployments and aligns with the 2025 rollout of Version 12 capabilities — including broader reporting, compliance and network reporting, credit-limit visualization, enhanced BI, and updated UI — that benefit all customers.
