(NASHVILLE, TN) October 28, 2024 — Equinox Information Systems is pleased to once again assist Union Wireless, a leading telecommunications provider to customers throughout and adjacent to the Rocky Mountain region, with new technological offerings. The two companies began working together over 20 years ago when Equinox first deployed the ExtractCDR application to automate a previously manual process to prepare and mediate call records to billing.
Based on ExtractCDR's success, Union Wireless relied on Equinox to help address needs associated with an expanded network and increasing customer traffic in 2013. At that time, Equinox implemented TeleLink 5 to process several million voice and data records from multiple switch platforms, mediate it, and deliver it to two billing systems.
Their longstanding relationship with the entire Equinox team drove Union Wireless' recent decision to upgrade to the all-new TeleLink 11 application and to also add OM reporting to their license. They further elected to have Equinox host the platform for them.
"Union Wireless has relied on Equinox for accurate, reliable mediation and billing for decades now. Their training and support teams have always helped us maximize TeleLink 5's tool. We're excited to leverage the even greater operational efficiencies, expanded reporting capabilities, and new analysis opportunities afforded by upgrading to TeleLink 11." — Amber Kerr, Director of Software and Information Management, Union Wireless
"It's been rewarding to watch Union's growth in the wireless market since we initially began serving them in 2004. We appreciate the trust we've earned with them and recognize the role it played in their decision to select us for this latest project. Our team is dedicated to partnering with Union to ensure timely and repeated return on their investment in TeleLink 11." — David West, CEO, Equinox Information Systems
