The 25th annual Protector User Group Meeting (PUGM) was held September 13-14 in Nashville, marking a quarter-century milestone for this premier fraud management conference. This year's event drew attendees from across the country for two days of education, networking, and celebration.
The silver anniversary PUGM featured an expanded agenda with presentations from development, support, and multiple customer case studies. A highlight was the retrospective on 25 years of PUGM history, featuring photos and memories from past events. Long-time attendees shared stories of how the user group has evolved alongside the Protector platform.
Networking events included a dinner at one of Nashville's premier venues, where attendees celebrated the milestone with a special anniversary program. The event reinforced the strong community bonds that have been a hallmark of PUGM since its inception in 1998.
