The TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM) returned to Nashville in April for another outstanding gathering of TeleLink customers and the Equinox team. This year's conference delivered on its promise of valuable education, practical insights, and plenty of opportunities to connect with peers.
The agenda featured presentations from the development and support teams covering new TeleLink 11 features, best practices for mediation and reporting, and a preview of upcoming enhancements. Customer case studies highlighted creative ways that organizations are leveraging TeleLink to solve real-world challenges in usage analytics, revenue assurance, and network management.
Christi Vanoye led hands-on training sessions that received high marks from attendees, covering advanced reporting techniques and tips for maximizing TeleLink's warehouse capabilities. Several attendees noted that the training alone made the trip worthwhile.
The networking dinner provided a relaxed atmosphere for attendees to share experiences, discuss common challenges, and build relationships that extend well beyond the conference. As one attendee put it, "The connections I make at TUGM are just as valuable as the technical content."
Planning for TUGM 2024 is already underway. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
