Equinox is pleased to announce the launch of a new tutorial series for TeleLink users. These short, focused video tutorials are designed to help customers get the most out of their TeleLink platform, covering everything from basic navigation to advanced reporting techniques.
The tutorial program was developed in response to customer feedback requesting more self-service learning resources. Each tutorial focuses on a specific feature or workflow, making it easy for users to find exactly what they need and learn at their own pace.
Initial topics include navigating the TeleLink dashboard, creating custom reports, setting up automated data deliveries, and using the warehouse search tool effectively. New tutorials will be added regularly based on customer requests and common support inquiries.
